A fine, collectible limited British reprint edition copy of this National Book Award winning and Pulitzer Prize and PEN/Faulkner Award nominated novel still in original shrink wrap. British Reprint Edition, First Printing as indicated by "The limited edition published by Fourth Estate in 2009" and the number 1 printed on the copyright page. This is one of 2000 copies published by Fourth Estate in celebration of their 25th anniversary. Each copy had the number (from out of 2000) printed on a limitations page. A fine, hardcover copy. This copy is still shrink wrapped, but the edition had black cloth covered boards and spine with silver lettering. Book is solid, spine is tight and straight. Looks to have some minor bending of board corners. Not ex-library, no previous owner markings, book plates, or remainder marks. Bright, unclipped dust jacket. Fourth estate commissioned artists to create dust jackets for the books selected for this reprint series. For The Corrections, Michael Landry was the artist. The cover is a yellow-orange color with images drawing from the book in brown ink. Otherwise, there was no printing on the dust jacket. The dust jacket folds out to a larger sheet. A round, gold sticker is affixed to the outside of the shrink wrap identifying this book as part of the series.
